Both about a love triangle revolving around one female & two male characters They also tackle the topic of LGBT+ issues and clearing misunderstandings related to it Clean and beautiful artstyle Easy to read through and insanely addicting (with cliffhangers obviously)

Firstly, they share an artist—meaning kieta hatsukoi also has insanely funny expressions! I feel like, despite the writers being different, it shares a sense of humour with Ore Monogatari. Both stories also take a traditional shoujo setting and subvert it in interesting ways, along with a strong sense of both heart and humour. Two of my favourite shoujo mangas :D

Both focus primarily on social identity rather than sexual intimacy. In the abundance of erotic BL, it's refreshing to see mangas such as Kieta Hatsukoi and Ganbare, Nakamura-kun depict awkwardness, hilarity, and grounded infatuation. If you enjoy the healthy representation of BL, it's safe for me to assume you will enjoy either.

Comedy is prevalent in both of these mangas, and they parody the genre in different ways. Both are light and humorous and not at all graphic.

Similar funny and awkward energy of the couples, they speak their mind but there is also a number of miscommunications (but they get resolved quickly and dont ruin anything). Very similar humour.

Both address LGBT themes centered on the experiences of teenage characters and their relationships

it has romance and funny moments! the protagonists are both the reactive type and are don't know how to respond to love. but, kieta hatsukoi happens in school; while yawao to katako happens with adults!
