Preliminary Spoiler

Seeing as there isn't any reviews yet I thought I'd leave mine. Spoiler-free.

I didn't quite know what to expect when I bought Nikurashii hodo Aishiteru, but I really did enjoy reading it. It tells of a story of two woman having an affair behind one of the woman's husband's back. Reading about how they dealt with the social pressures of keeping it hidden and dealing with the husband was very interesting to me. I think that this being only one volume, it starts to feel rushed towards the end which really sucks but this is how these things work. I think ...

I saw this manga and picked it up on a whim. For a first published work, I have to give a lot of credit to Yuni for what was a rather compelling story that didn't feel too cliche at any point - which tends to happen a lot with these workplace romances. I would recommend reading the original webcomics (that's how I found them, not sure if it was pirated) as it really shows the basis for what was a really good single volume manga.

The relationship between Fujimura and Ayako is started well and all feels quite natural, the benefit of this being one volume ...

I had some expectations when going into this, and mind you they weren't good ones; I expected this to be cliched, pretty predictable and tend to lead to the women being more sexualised when the NSFW stuff does happen. But to be honest I was quite surprised and I really enjoyed reading this. I think it did a great job with the concept and exploring the pressures and expectations of a woman in these circumstances. It made me root all the way for the couple, and their romance was really good and enjoyable to see. What I really loved was the two leads and how ...

A high-quality romance story. My only gripe is that it's just one volume, as it definitely could have been stretched out into a series!

The characters were enjoyable, including side characters. I liked Fujimura's character especially. I felt Asano's character could've had a tad more development. It is NSFW as there are sex scenes. The sex scenes in my opinion were well-written; they feel realistic to the characters and are not gratuitous.

There wasn't really anything in this manga that surprised me, but for me the predictable formula of romance is part of the enjoyment of reading it, so I didn't mind!

Overall a short but great yuri ...

Tender, sexy, and conscious. A short manga, but one that has a lot going for it, I Love You So Much, I Hate You is a manga that I unsurprisingly love. Given it being about lesbians, I'm a little biased towards it, but even without that bias, it's a really well done story.

While it's very short at only 9 chapters, it does what it needs to without feeling rushed or underdeveloped. It's got a lot of heart and soul, and it managed to make me care a lot about the complicated relationship dynamic all the way to the last page. The ending left things off ...
