It is decent. In a sense it is similar to tomo chan wa onnanoko, meaning the format is similar - one page at a time per scene, long running. However, it packs less punch than tomo-chan manga.
Mostly you'll be dealing with light hearted jokes and... social commentary, surprisingly. There isn't a lot of ecchi here, no drama, just light jokes. Some of them seem to be related to author's life as they revolve around being a mangaka.

I liked this.
However, this wasn't as funny as his previous two works; it was more commentary with gags here and there. The author's artwork has gotten a lot more crisp which I like. I thought the characters were alright. Saki was presented in a way that made her personality believable and fit in with the whole premise of the story. She felt like a delinquent succubus and the themes of failure, living up to expectations, and self-improvement/realization were present in this manga just like in the author's previous works.
