The male leads seem largely expressionless but have signs that give away their feelings. Fuyutsuki is able to read Himuro's emotions because of his snowstorms whenever he gets frustrated or anxious. In Kuuki ga "Yomeru" Shinnyuu Shain to Buaisou na Senpai, the female lead possesses the ability to read other people's emotions, including the male lead. Both have a senpai kouhai relationship and take place in the workplace. All the characters have largely mature and quiet personalities as well.

Both are about a person who can read the room, although how they accomplish this is a tad different. Both main males are misunderstood. Both are office romance, while exploring the some of the burdens related to having more social information than others. I really like both! Kijima-san to Yamada-san have the MC hearing the internal voice of others. MC is male. While Kuuki ga "Yomeru" have the MC seeing fluffy balls in different colors and states which shows which emotion they are feeling. MC is female

In both the female protagonists are sensitive to what the male lead have on their minds. In Kuuki ga "Yomeru" Shinnyuu Shain to Buaisou na Senpai the female can see the emotions as small cute... fluffy balls. Which means she can read the rooms other have problems with reading. This is in a office setting with adults. Mousou Telepathy is in a highschool setting where the female can read the thoughts and fantasies of the male lead. Both are intresting, if you like one you may like the other!
