Ousama Ranking, despite their weak artistic style, has enough narrative material to be a masterpiece.

I didn't really like the manga art, it's very simplistic and fails sometimes, but the great characters and the excellent storytelling, its problems are overshadowed. Characters

The characters are simple in their construction, more complete in their development, so at first the characters seem to be superficial, but as we advance in the work we will see that chosen for development, they become ... very interesting characters, starting from a happy boy and silly, but who maintains his ambition to become a great king to an apparent violent criminal, who in reality has become what he is, because of the segregation against his race and the lack of support for those in need.

With a story, even common, but centered on something unusual, underestimating those with disabilities, the work works very well, demonstrating in these 11 chapters its great potential to be an epic, emotional story of overcoming prejudices and barriers.

Ousama Ranking, apesar de seu estilo artístico fraco, tem material narrativo suficiente para ser uma obra-prima.

Não gostei muito da arte do mangá, é muito simplista e às vezes falha, mas os grandes personagens e a excelente narrativa, faz com que seus problemas fiquem ofuscados.

Os personagens são simples na sua construção, mais completos no seu desenvolvimento, por isso a princípio os personagens parecem superficiais, mas à medida que avançamos no trabalho vemos que os escolhidos para terem desenvolvimento, tornam-se personagens muito interessantes. Seja de um menino feliz e bobo, mas que mantém sua ambição de se tornar um grande rei até um aparente criminoso violento, que na realidade se tornou o que é, por causa da segregação contra sua raça e da falta de apoio da sociedade

Com uma história, até comum, mas centrada em algo excepcional, a subestimação das pessoas que têm deficiência, a obra funciona muito bem, demonstrando nesses 11 capítulos seu grande potencial para ser uma história épica e emocionante de superação de preconceitos e barreiras.

Story: it's definitely not your typical isekai. this is a huge plus as it was published recently where isekai is the most common genre.

It's a fantasy story and it's wholesome that's it. read it if you like wholesome and GOOD STORY, not cringy harem where MC get girls and slay monsters, one hit villain or whatever.

Art: It's definitely not the best art style out there, but it has unique style to it, more of a cartoonish (kid-targetted) style of art where from their outer appearance people will know who will be the "bad-guy" and who will be the "good guy" by instinct as it's ... what they used to. but of course the author didn't follow the normal cartoon cliche story which make this much more unique as a manga as it let people know you shouldn't judge people by their outer appearance. thus i rated 7

in short, don't judge the manga by the art style, it's a great manga ​

Character: The character is very good. each of the character serve purpose as a story and play their own roles. More importantly, most of them are likeable.

Enjoyment: oh hell yes i enjoy which is why i decided to wrote this review on MAL despite never really wrote a review as well as seeing there's no review, i was shocked and dissapointed of the community missing out this hidden manga.

Overall: yeah it's great manga, 9/10

I've been reading this since the anime came out and picked up after the chapters it covered. Where the anime seemed to have interesting and thought out characters, all we have now are blatant moustache twirlers who the main characters are either blatantly ignorant towards or were originally concerned about until they just decided not to be for some reason.

It also feel like there is no longer any direction to the story. Either the author is doing an enormous amount of world building with irrelevant characters that just disappear before you can get a grasp of them, or they constantly get bored with the story ... they're starting and finish it abruptly.

It's likely I'm going to continue reading, if it ever leaves hiatus, but I no longer have much hope for this series.
