they are both good manga that give off vary similar vibes and make you feel pumped full of adrenalin  

,Both have almost identical stories, both Fantasy world, Both main character are the lowest being in the world at the start of the story, Both stories involve game-like features, . 

Both have main characters who are gifted a special power but must still struggle to overcome challenges unique to them to truly get stronger. They're both anomalies in their power systems and have to uncover the nature of their respective worlds. Omniscient Reader is more about the world building (I like it a lot more), while Solo Leveling leans heavily into the power fantasy aspect.
