The male leads seem largely expressionless but have signs that give away their feelings. Fuyutsuki is able to read Himuro's emotions because of his snowstorms whenever he gets frustrated or anxious. In Kuuki ga "Yomeru" Shinnyuu Shain to Buaisou na Senpai, the female lead possesses the ability to read other people's emotions, including the male lead. Both have a senpai kouhai relationship and take place in the workplace. All the characters have largely mature and quiet personalities as well. 

Though one is more upfront than the other, both are workplace romances with a similar vibe. 

Both manga feature a main couple with a shared personality type and a supernatural element. The main difference between the two is that Koori Zokusei features adults in a workplace while Mori-san focuses on awkward high-schoolers. In Koori Zokusei, both characters can be described as cold or aloof. For the female lead, it is because she is not particularly expressive so a lot of people have trouble reading her. For the male lead, he is quiet and reserved. He is also a descendant of a Yuki Onna, causing both him and his surroundings to grow cold whenever he gets emotional. The manga largely focuses on how the each of two are able to see past the other's "cold" demeanor. Mori-san features two socially awkward teenagers who have never made a friend before. The male lead has a lot of trouble knowing what to say unless it is about plants and is incredibly self-conscious about his passion for botany. The female lead is a dryad which causes her to involuntarily turn into a tree when her heart rate increases. This causes a lot of people to find her creepy or gross so she has become incredibly reserved. Obviously, this trait does not bother the male lead and the two explore their first friendship (and maybe more) with one another.  read more

Both are about regular young adult life in a modern setting with supernatural creatures like werewolves and yuki onna. While supernatural beings are more normalized in Koori Zokusei, in Super Secret there's the added element of needing to keep that identity secret to blend in with the humans around them.  

Similar type of office romance that sets in a world where non-humans are accepted in everyday life in modern Japan. Both also share a relaxing atmosphere created by its story telling and simple art style. 

Both are office romances. Kijima-san to Yamada-san Kijima-san can hear peoples inner voices and hears his colleagues inner voice and they develop their relationship as time goes on. Ice Guy and the Cool Female Colleague Himuro is a descendant of a "snow woman" and causes problems to those around him but it also attracted his colleague which developed to a lovely romantic relationship.
