Fechippuru (or Fetiple as named here on MAL) and Ase to Sekken are both romances which started or partially evolve around fetishes. Fechippuru however does put a big focus on fetishes altogether, with both parts of the relationship as well as family members having different fetishes. In Ase to Sekken it is more subtle, and rather a well fitting with the story.

Both mangas are rom-com with a light-hearted way in each chapter. Also, the relationship of both couples are really sweet, so whe can see cheerful moment between Kaguya and Shirogane/ Tatsu and Kotoka. Also there are very few but funny characters in both mangas, although there is not a deep development in the secondary characters (at least in the first tens chapters, for both mangas).

Honestly this isn't all that similar to 5-toubun no Hanayome, i just want people to read this. But this has to be one of the best ROM-COM that isn't in a high school setting. In short, it's about two couples in their early twentys falling in love with each other because of their FETISHISTS.

No doubt this has something in common from every side, If the fetiple tells a romantic story about the fetish, then Henjo is how to deal with beautiful girls. -At least this still has the same Heroine traits.

Both manga are adorable romcoms that unapologetically put their fetishes front and center, as a result both lean towards the realm of the absurd. Still, both series have genuine heart put into the romances which provides a nice balance to the comedy. The primary differences between the two series can largely be attributed to setting- with How to Treat a Lady Knight Right being a fantasy world while Fecchipura is set in "the real world."
