Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 is a refreshing bit of shoujo manga--for me, anyway. The fact that most of the story is completely unrelated to a school setting is pretty uncommon for the genre, and the morbid/action-packed career of the leads is also unconventional. These contribute significantly to the "originality" of the manga, and I can recommend it on the grounds that it will at least have different subplots/story arcs than most of its peers (if you're like me and constantly fall into reading stereotypical shoujo series).
It's also unique in the respect that you don't have to deal with pointless romantic rivals. The main ... theme throughout the series is that Fuyuki and Kuze are meant for each other, as each can provide the support and understanding that the other needs. It's so prevalent, even from the outset of the series, that I don't even have to qualify it as a spoiler. In fact, the early development of their relationship goes somewhat unexplained, and I blame the author for not taking more time to flesh out those early stages (I originally thought it must have been written by a man to take so little effort). But the speed of it all can be quite satisfying if you are currently super-done with series taking 50+ chapters to show ANY kind of relationship progress. With this series, you get lots of flirting, hugs, and kisses throughout. It can be silly and absurd--so much that I would laugh from embarrassment at how unrealistic a situation was--but you can't deny the appeal of two attractive characters having strong chemistry. I like straightforward characters, too, so the forward behavior of Kuze was fun for me, and Fuyuki's complete disregard for her own beauty was a relief from the tropes of insecurity or semi-oblivious behavior (i.e. I prefer "geez Kuze is attracting attention" to "~oh my, why is everyone looking at me~**is it because I suddenly became beautiful?? ;*" or "ugh I can never compare to my hot male MC! I need to go on a diet!!!!"). You just get to enjoy the fact that they're good-looking, along with literally every other character in the manga.
Overall, I recommend it as a quick shoujo read. Get in, get out. Enjoy the blatant romance.

Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 is a very exciting and brilliant manga. In some parts it seems very interesting and you want to find out more. The drawings and the character's features are very matching and associate with the story very much. The story and plot itself is very well written. Some scenes have almost nothing to do with other scenes, but once you read it to the end of the chapter or volumn or read the little notes left by the author you'll understand it.

I recommend this story to girls and people who want a heart throbbing manga to read. I hope this ... review encourages people to read this manga.

Just saying I personally have read it so many times I've gotten a bit tired of waiting for the next release.

I liked the Shoujo genre, I am an avid fan of romantic stories (to fill the empty of my single life), and however, this is my first experience with a typical work of the trend more popular of the genre. A straight relationship between two being almost divine with the characteristic draw of this trend, fully detailed and densely decorated. Because of this I have certain expectative that, since nor, I confess, the work didn’t correspond.

Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 is a manga that I unknown at all but it’s highly ranked and scored in the MAL top, checking the mangraphy of the author, Eiri Kaiji, its ... notable as always has moved by the same creative trend. Obviously is the first work I read of the author.

The main characters are Kuze and Fuyuki, each one has a respective background that delimits which are going to be their thematic, being the confrontation with the past in search of future and dealing with the feelings to have the bravery of accept the future. Typical thematic and easily applicable to narrative about couples, since reach each one require the support of each other.

And that’s important because is, without a doubt, the most attractive element of the works, the interaction and bonding of the main couple. Since the start the extreme personalities of both make mutually supply the lacks, the scenes and exchanges keep the rhythm and interest (at least a basic level, at the begging), mostly because each one is strongly defined in their bases.

Fuyuki is the cute and innocent girl, Kuze is the cold prince, we known that expect of each one and the manga give to us, wholesome without be facilists, again, at least, at the start. Of once is valid to clarify than the rest of the side characters are just little ornaments for the individual stories, none has real weight in the narrative.

The context is of police and reflects on the structure, a buddy cop. Chapters turnaround of some murdered / threat / kidnapping with our main couple growing up in their relationship while they are sorting out it, of the most solid structures of the history in human narrative, need a key concept, innovation.

There is attractive in the variety of the cases and their solution, its need to guarantee success. Unfortunately (for third time) at the start can be attractive in basic levels, but once the reader capture the sequential structure of the resolutions, none result moderately unique, in fact, of all the cases presented not a single one arrives to highlight. Its notable just were focused to serve to the couple, don’t exist outside of theirs. It´s getting worst considering the few duration of the manga to make generated so weariness.

The development of the couples is the waited one, something not necessarily bad, because is care of it, happen little a little, in the expected ways by the right ways, and really need this, although both principals are tolerable at first, don’t show new characteristics or facets. Even worst the background of Kuze, their approach needed be more exciting.

The draw is very detailed, with environments full of multiple topics, setting correctly all the sensations than remits the relationship. The layout is simple and effective, accord to the narrative. The more I liked were the cover pages, where exhibits fully their abilities of composition.

I feel it than could be more, yes, reach and argument the message, in mediocre ways considering the trends that count of. Simply don’t pass of an acceptable work in a disputed genre, a romance more of fairy’s that humans.

Me gusta el género Shoujo, soy un ávido aficionado a las historias románticas (para rellenar los vacíos de mi vida solitaria), sin embargo, esta es mi primera experiencia con una obra típica de la vena más popular del género. Una relación heterosexual entre dos seres cuasi divinos con el dibujo tan característico de esta corriente, ricamente detallado y densamente decorado. Por eso tenía cierta expectativa que, desde ya confieso, la obra no correspondió.

Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 es un manga que desconocía en lo más absoluto pero está altamente posicionado y valorado en el top de MAL, revisando la mangagrafía del autor, Eiri Kaiji se nota como siempre se ha movido por la misma línea creativa. Evidentemente es el primer trabajo que leo del autor.

Los protagonistas son Kuze y Fuyuki, cada uno cuenta con su respectivo trasfondo que delimita cuáles serán sus temáticas, siendo el enfrentamiento del pasado en búsqueda del futuro y confrontación a los sentimientos para tener la valentía de aceptar el porvenir. Temáticas típicas y fácilmente aplicables a narrativas sobre parejas, puesto que alcanzar a cada una requerirá el apoyo de un otro.

Y eso es importante porque es, sin duda, el mayor atractivo de la obra, la interacción y vinculamiento de la pareja principal. Desde el comienzo las extremas personalidades de ambos logran suplirse mutuamente las faltas, las escenas e intercambios mantienen el ritmo e interés (a menos a nivel básico, al comienzo), sobre todo porque cada uno está fuertemente definido en sus bases.

Fuyuki es la chica guapa e inocente, Kuze es el frío galán, sabemos qué esperar de cada uno y el manga nos los brinda, melosidades sin ser facilistas, nuevamente, al menos, al comienzo. De una vez hay que aclarar que el resto de secundarios son sólo pequeños adornos para las historias individuales, ninguno tiene auténtico peso en la narrativa.

El contexto es policiaco y se refleja en la estructura, un buddy cop. Capítulos que giran alrededor de algún asesinato/amenaza/secuestro con nuestra pareja avanzando en su relación mientras los van resolviendo, de las estructuras más férreas de la historia en la narrativa humana, que necesita de un concepto clave, innovación.

Hay atractivo en la variedad de los casos y sus soluciones, necesita haberlo para garantizar el éxito. Lamentablemente (por tercera vez) al comienzo puede resultar atractivos en niveles básicos, más una vez se capta la estructura secuencial de las resoluciones, ninguno logra resultar medianamente único, de hecho, de todos los casos presentados ni uno solo llega a destacar. Se nota como sólo fueron enfocados para servir a la pareja, no existir fuera de ella. Empeora considerando la poca duración del manga para haber generado tanto hastió.

El desarrollo de la pareja es el esperado, algo no intrínsecamente malo, porque es cuidado, ocurre poco a poco, en las formas obvias por las vías adecuadas, y esto le urgía, aunque ambos principales se les tolere al principio, no muestran nuevas características ni facetas. Aún peor el trasfondo de Kuze, su abordaje necesitaba ser más emocionante.

El dibujo está muy detallado, con ambientaciones llenas de múltiples tramas, ambienta correctamente todas las sensaciones a las que remite la relación. El maquetado es simple y efectivista, acorde a la narrativa. Lo que más me gustó fueron las portadas, donde exhibe completamente sus habilidades de composición.

Siento que podría haber sido mucho más, si alcanza y argumenta el mensaje, en vías facilistas considerando las vertientes que contaba. Sencillamente no me pasa de un trabajo aceptable en un género disputado, un romance más de hadas que de personas.
