They both are somehow similar stories but differ in some elements too ..I don't want to spoil... In both there's some tragedy or a painful past but then the present that looks promising .. Also they both are arranged marriage stories.. 

They are both manga involving arranged marriages set in historical settings though Happy Marriage has some fantasy elements. 

- Similarly, both plot are set during the Meiji era. - Both female protagonists are neglected by their family, due to a different reason (except in Firefly Wedding, wherein the father didn't neglect her). - Both male protagonists has bad reputation in their community, FOR A REASON. - Both male protagonists possess overpowered combat skills, and the brutality of their murdering is nearly comparable. - Both male protagonists acts as a knight and shining armour typa character, in a way that they save the female protagonist from a dangerous situation. Eventually, they gradually develops romantic feelings for the female protagonist. It's giving "it's you and me against this world" vibe. - The main goal & theme of both manga is "marriage". read more 

The story is almost similar, the FL is shunned and bullied by her family due to the situation at home since childhood, and becomes the wife of the ML. The FL both have supernatural powers. I felt the same pleasure when reading this manga.  

At a first glance, I thought both mangas were nowhere near similar but the more I read into it the more similar both mangas became. Haru no Noroi and Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon both have similar concepts, a girl who has low self-esteem due to their family remembers and peers not caring for them as there existed a sister who was more loved and praised. Both girls of these mangas are almost neglected by other people and have people's attention stolen away from them by their sister - who ends up being twisted in both mangas. The males in the manga seem to both be well respected by others and fall in love with the girl in a story of a fresh start and journey to find happiness in such a dark environment.  read more 

Both manga have a quiet or in the other one mute FL and a doting caring ML... Though the setting are clearly different...
