They both are somehow similar stories but differ in some elements too ..I don't want to spoil... In both there's some tragedy or a painful past but then the present that looks promising .. Also they both are arranged marriage stories..

In both-
Female lead is abused by her stepmother.
Male lead has a supernatural ability.
Female lead has a painful past.
In Kimi no Koe, female lead can't speak and in Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon, female lead is a very quiet girl.
Living together before marriage (arrange marriage).
Both are set around the same time period.
Male lead rescues the female lead.
The overall plot and main storyline of both these are similar.
The main idea for these stories is very similar.
There is a girl neglected and abused by her family, due to resentment over what her dead mother stood for. She is rescued by a man with a bad reputation through an arranged marriage. The man accidentally falls for the girl and finds himself protecting her as she discovers her self worth and the joys of the world.
Super powers also factor into both stories, with major characters having them. The stories also appear to be set in the same time period as historical works.
If you like one of these stories, you're bound to enjoy the other.
