The main characters are sent out to barren lands where they encounter friendly tribespeople who help them out and create close ties with one another. 

Very similar art style and atmosphere, and the worlds resemble each other a lot. Both MCs are very knowledgeable in their respective fields (medicine and cooking), and are calm and kind. The family dynamics are the same: MC, love interest, childish little sister, parents. 

Food-centered story in a fantasy setting with elves, beastmen, dwarves, etc. Meal improvisation using whatever is at hand. [fantasy] 

Both are Isekai about cooking that choose more exotic recipes to cook based on the ingredients already there. 

Both teaches you how to invent stuff when the world goes back into the Stone Age Just that one takes more chapters to get their but it first teaches food ingredients and the other teaches others stuff for humanity to survive Both give you headaches on how their new world was created
