Both being from the same manga,has its share of mystery in it and also lots eyecatching art and character designs and characters getting caught up into strange shit beyond their current understanding. 

Both are based around mystery stories,have appealing to look at art and character designs and also characters getting caught up into something even bigger. 

The ComiQ and Detective Conan are two mystery shounen manga centering around murder and finding the true criminal(s) behind the mystery(ies) the characters solve, with the help of specific and somewhat cryptic hints. The character designs and art styles are distinctive and reading through these are honestly pretty engaging at keeping the reader's attention. The ComiQ is a much quicker read than the still-ongoing-to-this-day Detective Conan though. 

A Galaxy Next Door and The ComiQ are relatively newer works from manga-ka with popular past works—the former being from the creator of Sweetness and Lightning and the latter from the creator of Yu-Gi-Oh (r.i.p. btw). One series is a light-hearted SoL romance and the other is actually a murder mystery, but I couldn't help but be reminded of each other since both MCs are struggling manga-ka who create shoujo manga (which seems to be lampshaded a bit) and try to support their sibling(s) and assistant whenever they can. 

Lost Lad London and The ComiQ are two short yet really intriguing mystery manga aimed at men (former is seinen, latter is shounen), centering on two male characters. There is a whole murder mystery that the main character has no idea how he got roped in it, and one of the two male leads is determined to prove the innocence of the other despite never meeting each other before the start of the story. There's somehow still a bit of light comedy whether it's manga parodies or dry yet sharp banter between characters, though. 

Super Smartphone and The ComiQ are two relatively new (and obscure) mystery series that serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump. Though Super Smartphone has more of a near-supernatural element with its titular items of omniscience, both stories and their events are deeply rooted in an unsolved case years before the first chapter and the main characters wishes to close these cases once and for all, for the sake of its victims. Give both of them a chance if you're curious about some lesser known, newer WSJ titles! 

Both feature characters being framed for something they didn't do and must find out what really caused them to be in the circumstances that they were in the first place. 

Both have moments of suspense in them and are focused on a young cast as well too and both have a unique artstyle as well too. 

Both are mystery themed stories with a ya cast as well as lots of nice art and character designs to look at as well as finding out the truth of what really happened circumstances as well. 

Both are mystery themed stories that focus around unusual crimes and its up to the characters to solve them and find out what really happend.
