Both are wholesome and fluffy light hearted rom-coms but with forbidden relationship. One features a relationship between a student and teacher, while the other involves a romance between blood-related siblings.

They are adoreable couples that make you wish you had that type of relationship.

*Similar sense of humor *The couples are also somewhat similar. Awkward easily flustered girls, kinda deadpan straightforward guys. *Both have simple cute art, Mousou Telepathy's being more simplistic. *Both build slight narrative stakes based on secrecy. One is about hiding a teacher student relationship and the other about the girl hiding her telepathic powers. *They are also slow moving rom-coms with some pretty wholesome cute moments

Light Hearted student-teacher romantic comedy manga. Similarity in themes and art styles. The art style is more akin to 4 koma in both the manga.

Main difference is that in Otoko no Ko, the female lead is male - Both have assertive, flirtatious male leads - Focused on Slice of Life aspect
