Hino Hideshi horror manga about a pair birthing a deformed creepy baby and how wrong it goes. 

Both are collections of horror stories written by famous horror authors. They both build suspense in similar ways, and convey very similar vibes to the readers. 

Both manga are created by Hideshi Hino, so they have similar art and plot points. "Panorama of Hell" is similar to some of the works in "Jigoku no Komoriuta", especially the first and the fourth. They both focus on a main character who is an artist, whose works are macabre and bizarre. Both manga have unflinching imagery of gore and other disturbing elements, as well as similar mood and atmosphere. 

If you enjoy anthologies of oldschool horror stories, you might like those two titles. 

Both of these are collections of short stories that include a story about lizard baby born in human family and how the parents deal with it. Those stories being written with a typical style of the author.
