This manga like a train wreck. I don't like it, but I can't pull my eyes away.
The premise looks like something out of the gender-bending manga/anime of the 90s, but the execution of it is rather ham-fisted.
In short a bunch of people turn into girls (with different personalities if they are already a girl) in order to fight and gain different powers as a result of the transformation.
The main character is caught up in this mess, but so far the manga has spent more time explaining the rule system than it has developing its characters, and has as a result floundered a bit.

The plot itself is a great idea; not the most original but very interesting. The author has such a good plot to work with but the story isn't told very well in the manga series. I don't know about the novel but the author and the artist could have most definitely portrayed the story in a much better alternative. The story itself is not interesting but the idea of how people fight and disappear when they meet a plushie is a idea.
