Story (5):
The plot itself is a great idea; not the most original but very interesting. The author has such a good plot to work with but the story isn't told very well in the manga series. I don't know about the novel but the author and the artist could have most definitely portrayed the story in a much better alternative. The story itself is not interesting but the idea of how people fight and disappear when they meet a plushie is a idea.
Art (8):
The art is great, the girls in the characters are so appealing to the eye. Especially in the point of view of
...
a guy. This manga is a great ecchi manga, the artist draws the scenes so well. The characters are cute and attractive, alongside that the drawings seem to have a soft touch to it to make it even cuter. The artist may not be the greatest but definitely has talent when it comes to ecchi scenes.
Character (5):
The characters that are in this story are kind of boring, it lacks originality. You can find these kind of characters virtually in any manga series nowadays. Although, I find that characters are not that significant in this story, because this type of manga series is the type that just action but mainly ecchi. Most echhi manga does not require a strong character built.
Enjoyment (6):
The enjoyment could have much higher if only the story and the art intertwined better with more chemistry together. I feel that the manga would have done much better if this manga was more serious like a seinen with a realistic drawing style.
The main reason I read this manga is because the artwork is quite something. I'ts enjoyable to watch the drawings and how the story unfolds.
Extra:
The work has yet to finish publishing and I'd very much like to know how the story will end. This work has potential to make an amazing ending leaving readers feel satisfied.

Story: 8
The main protagonist starts to lose hope of being a top class idol in Japan, but with the help of a part time worker in a radio station, she starts to regain motivation. The story is very funny and very enjoyable to read. One a idol while the other is a entertainer. Imagine a idol that you adore on a radio station that broadcasts live with the help of a comedian but you never knew that the comedian was there. Why? Because the comedian and the idol have identical voices. Because of this coincidence the radio show becomes much more enjoyable.
Every chapter a new
...
problem arises and its hilarious to see how they try to find the solution to a problem.
Art: 8
The characters are very cute in the manga. I can't get enough of the drawings and the characters in this manga. The main character and her friend are so adorable whenever they face a problem.
Character: 8
The idol is quite popular in the beginning of her debut but problems start within her agency which causes her to lose face, not just that on a radio show another person that sounds exactly like her makes dirty and funny jokes while deceiving everyone thinking it is the idol.
The comedian that stirs up this trouble is very funny but has some complex.
The characters of both the idol and comedian balance each other out very well in this story.
Enjoyment: 10
After reading a chapter I just want to read more. Its suspenseful but not the kind where its serious but on the other hand funny. The manga is a comedy manga and the genre is not something that is subtle in this manga. It makes you laugh and appeals you even more into this manga.
Quite a well made comedy manga that revolves around a idol that hosts a radio show.
I can't get enough of the cute characters and the funny punch lines they say. And the way they act is also very funny along with their reactions to certain events.
Overall: 9
Highly recommend reading this. Assure you that you will not be disappointed when you read this.

Story: 8
The story is based on real life events with some fiction added to the story line. The manga reveals how humans can be cruel and merciful during a life threatening crisis. But the work also reminds us that humans do not have to resort to cruel and heinous acts such as rape, looting, or other crimes that people normally would not commit. The author shows that humans are savages by nature, but there are good in people too. I personally believe this story was very well thought out. The main character is a good-nature 21 year-old that is in conflict with himself.
Art: 7
As you
...
read you can see that the artist put lot of work into the drawings. The panels of the manga are well distributed. Well organized, as you read you can tell where to read and so on. Emphasis on significant events, so that people will realize that the event will be important in the story later on. Although, the artist did not put anything spectacular in his work, but his subtle changes make the manga a whole lot better.
Character: 8
The main character is a man that is very straight forward with good intentions. The author made the main characters sense of justice his down fall. The character starts to have internal conflicts which poses problems for others around him.
The extras of the work are either supporting other victims of the earthquake or causing more mischief, I believe the author is correct with this. In the work you will see people taking advantage of the crisis by either committing crimes or recruiting for religion beliefs.
Other people are lending out a helping hand and putting their all into helping others. I believe that the author is correct about this decision of making it this way.
In a real life threatening crisis the helping people will be the minority and the people that give into temptation of committing crimes would most likely be a majority.
Enjoyment: 9
If you dislike cruelty and reality of life, chances are you're not going to like this manga. This manga shows the cruelty of humans. If you wish to read something that will life your morale up this is not the manga for you. I personally enjoyed this very much.
Reality of life is something I enjoy reading about, it shows that the live I am currently living should not be taken for granted and that I am actually extremely lucky, no matter what kind of ordeal I am faced with. When I read this, I can tell myself that what I'm facing right now is pale in comparison to those that experienced events such as the earthquake taking part in the manga.

Story: 8
A story of a child that takes interest of Chinese martial arts. That kind of story plot is not easily found, even today. Although, the work is not the most recent one, the story is superb. It takes you through Chinese military and martial art history. This story opens people's view of martial arts, and informs the reader of how great and deep the history or Chinese martial arts is. The main character grows stronger every day, and he goes through strong opponents. Although the story goes through what a average Shounen Manga criteria, I would not even consider it even Shounen or Seinen.
...
It's a historical manga that opens people eyes about Chinese martial Arts.
Art: 7
The art is not the greatest, but it suits the orient of the manga very well. The artwork is not very detailed, which is perfectly okay, because it seems the author wants to get the point across, saying that Chinese Martial Arts can be performed, and performed well even without being muscular. Which is why, the artist did not go into detail of the human body parts. The details are insignificant.
Character: 9
The main character is a pure-heart child that has not a single ounce of corruption dwelling inside. The character is very modest and aware of the fact that he is ignorant of his ways. Not many characters are made that way nowadays. Most are made cocky or pessimistic.
Enjoyment: 9
What better enjoyment is there, when the fact; you are learning about Chinese Martial Arts so easily and explained so well that, basically anyone can understand it. There are many fight scenes and some very thrilling scenes as well.
Overall: 8
One of the best martial art works I have ever witness so far. I believe it'll be hard to surpass this work. This work goes into such detail of a Japanese child's life as he learns about Chinese Martial art. You can see his growth from is childhood to adulthood. There is also no big time leap, like most do, at most in this work; there will be a time leap only when nothing insignificant occurs, such as him living his normal life.

Story: 10
Human lives holds absolutely no significance. People will die, but in this manga, people's death do hold significance. This work goes against human nature, of the selfishness and greed. People who have died, are given a second chance, in return they kill aliens that are a potential threat to earth. Gantz, is like a Jack-Of-All-Trades. So many things are incorporated into this manga that it is almost a work of a genius. Action, romance, Sci-fi, sex, death, gore, ecchi, horror, drama, and psychological. This kind of story is one of a kind that does not appear many times.
Art: 9
Fan-Service: There is much fan service
...
on this work. Breasts and butts are very well drawn, that it averts almost any males or females eyes towards it.
Realism: The muscles of a typical muscular guy are so well drawn you can make every cut in their muscles and you can tell where the muscles have formed on their bodies. When something is cut in half you can make out the organs that is oozing out. When the players are being transferred you can see every every body part as its own entity.
The art has a big impact on you because the story is horror. A realistic drawing of a gory is what horror manga is meant to be. If a horror manga is not realistic its not horror. Also the realism makes it seem like everything that happens in the manga almost possible in the real world.
Character: 8
The protagonist of the story is a average high school student that is known as a day-time lantern. He can be viewed as us, the readers. We're like every other person, mediocre with no special trait. The so called "average high school student" kills aliens to survive. Everyone fantasies about killing aliens with big fictional weapons. This character is a outlet to the fantasy world that everyone dreams so much of. Everyone is appealed to this manga because they want to be the main character. The author made the main character so close to you that you can literally believe you are him.
Enjoyment: 10
You kill aliens after you died, and when you lose a limb or two, you're good as new when your teammates finishes the job. Girls in the work are beautiful, so beautiful that it is not likely that you will find a girl like that. People die with gore every page you read. I enjoy reading about that kind of stuff. Its a thrill to read something like that when my life has none of those things.

Story (6) - One of the most cliche settings and plots of a story. You can find the story countless times in many other works of manga. A basic standard shoujo manga, with the basic plots and events. Maid, poverty, boy that is almost perfect. Its what almost every shoujo manga is like. Despite being so cliche and so over-used, the author finds a way to draw the readers in still. Some point in the story it gets boring, I admit but at other points there is suspense and thrill, just makes me want to read more and more.
Art (6) - I have seen better
...
shoujo manga artists, but the artist for this manga is quite competent. The drawings aren't horrible, actually its a bit above average. The drawings have no special trait that distinguishes it from other works. The drawings looks like any other shoujo manga. It very bland. Although the drawings are very plain, they are well fitted for this story. The story is like every other manga and so are the drawings, that is how it should be.
Character (7) - The protagonist of the story is a maid, poor and a student body president. You can find these types of characters almost anywhere. The author made Ayuzawa Misaki a standard tsundere heroine. At some points of the story, Misaki can become a moe character, and it is over-whelming at some points.
Enjoyment (9) - The moe in the manga just awe-struck me. Its hard to find manga nowadays with as much as moe as these kinds. The manga is cute and innocent. Although the mangaka used a cliche story board and cliche character selection with mediocre art. The mangaka makes his or her work stand out above all others. Although everything is so plain about the story, something just appeals you more and more. After a character, I just want to read more and more and see how the development goes between Misaki and Usui.
Overall (8) - Although I believe the score should be higher. I think the score should be a 10, but it is undeniable that the story, art, and characters has nothing that makes its exclusive towards other works. This work is very well rounded.
"Jack of all trades, master of none,
Though often times better than master of one"

Story (9): Because this anime is based off a light novel, the story of this is very well made. Everything that is essential in literature can be found in this anime. There is irony, foreshadowing, simile, and etc.
Art (8): The art in this anime does not look very realistic but at the same thing not too cartoon-ish. It was very well drawn and created, none of the scenes looked awkward like most anime have. All the scenes looked like it was natural, none of it was forced or just stiffly drawn.
Sound (9): Despite not have watched many animes, the voice actor for Taiga, I can
...
say I know quite well. I've watched quite a few anime which she appears in. I must say that she was a very nice choice for Taiga. Taiga is a tsundere character in this anime and in my opinion no one is better fit than her for her voice. Same with all the other voice actors in this anime. I don't think any of their voice were mismatched. I think they did a superb job with the voice coordination. Even the sound of effects were very well done. Most animes go half-assed and have some bad timings with the effects. Not this anime, I can see that they put a lot of effort into this production.
Character (9): The characters in this anime, I must admit, the main protagonist is kind of cliche. So many manga have done a main character that appears to look like a delinquent but actually is not inside. The author tried to portray that looks can be deceiving. Although the characters in this anime may be a bit cliche, the combination is a never seen before.
Enjoyment (10): The only thing I can really say is that, this anime is just down right amazing. I may have not watched many animes but this is by far the best anime I have ever watched and possible the best I ever will watch. I have re-watched this anime over 4 times. Also let me say that, I am a male and I have cried in this anime. Every time I watch it this anime really touches me. If you have yet to watch this anime, I would strongly strongly recommend that you watch this anime.
Overall (10): A must watch anime.
