Story (4):
This is our average Zombie-type Apocalypse, but instead of zombies we have giants chickens. The plot is very straightfoward, MC must save his brothers and sisters when all the adults became chickens.
This manga have a very weird passing and sometimes the story skip some stuffs.
The ending is rushed in a point MC get healing powers and start to heal deadly wounds. I'm joking a little here, but I guess the mangaka didn't had the time to deal with the ramifications of the characters being wounded so he basically forgot about it.

Art (5):
The characters are draw a little inconsistent. The human characters are draw in ...

The best part about this manga is the concept, honestly.
I mean, people turning into human eating chickens? Sign me up. The fact I read Fourteen by Kazuo Umezo (1990) also played a big part in it. The MC in that manga was chicken George after all.

Sad to say, other than the premise and very few scenes sprinkled throughout the manga got me interested in the final product.

The art style doesn't lend itself to be able to present horrifying gore.
Neither is the comedy that good in it, especially as the story kinda drags on for too long.
The story is also terrible ...

Mixed Feelings
Preliminary (21/56 chp)
This manga is making me mad as hell because the early chapters where a psychotic man makes a lot of deals in order to survive and his face is freaking annoying to the point that I want to stop reading it however when that mug face was gone for awhile I kept reading. I love the chicken (zombie) apocalypse but not the main characters due to their actions/decisions for being stupid. Plus the art style is usual and as each chapters goes by it went downhill.

Story: 3/10
The Chicken apocalypse where adults turned into chickens were amazing however as I said the main characters decisions aren't ...

Right off the bat, I want to emphasize how incredible the art is. The mangaka has a very detailed and dynamic style that works great for horror. While their artwork does suffer a bit from "same face syndrome", the characters are distinguished enough that it does not have a significantly negative impact on the story. Their usage of panels and scenery is absolutely top-notch as well, with many 'transition' scenes reminding me of Murata's redraw of One Punch Man. The mangaka is not afraid to include graphic details (for better or worse) and each page is drawn with plenty of little details to notice.

Unfortunately, the ...
