Booth works feature a girl  from our world reincarnated into an otome game as the villainess. But while Jishou Akuyaku Reijou has Bertia, who aims to be a villainess that will reach her downfall in the end,  Otome Game has Katarina who wants to avoid her original ending's because she only has death flags waiting for her.
Bertia and Katarina are also very similar, they are booth quite dense and clueless about the people surrounding them most of the time.
Booth male leads also give the same airs, booth are "sadistic" on the inside, booth are blond and booth posess blue eyes, and booth find a new joy in living because of their engagements.
Although booth works are very funny, they also introduce more heavy themes like the plague, the death of family menbers, depression and how fate can be changed, why dark magic is forbidden, violence, etc.

Both stories about girls reincarnated as the villianesses of an otome game. Cheerful but oblivious main character who slowly befriends the rest of the cast.

Lastly, both focus on aristocratic society.

Both isekai stories are from the POV of the non-reincarnated character. Where the MC falls for the reincarnated character and it changes their future/how they act. In one story the Prince falls for the reincarnated Villainess and in the other the Villainess falls for a reincarnated knight.
