Both have age gap romance with older female.. though the set is different with one having super natural elements.. Overall they both are really enjoyable and cute..

I know the premise is kinda different but both stories have a well developed female lead and a ML with kinda bizarre playful personality or the type she would never fall for but falls for him anyway.. both mangas have some kind of conflict or drama going on... both have love triangles... Overall both are really interesting and different love stories.

Okay, this is going to sound insane, but both protagonists are women who are getting a divorce and flee their home without signing the papers. In Hazure Potion, you can authentically wish for the ex to die already, while in Promise Cinderella there is sort of a more nuanced situation going on if you embrace the romance genre cliche insanity. Anyway, both protags can give you catharsis if you want to boo a villain for a while.

Somehow these josei seem to be the same. Both heroines are paying off a debt and working at a ryokan. Promise Cinderella goes more into cliche territory around Chapter 40, but both are very enjoyable.
