It's both manga that includes a lot of gore, if that's what you're looking for check out Death Tube.

Kill, kill and kill. While the theme of the two are completely different. Both manga has excessive gore scenes is almost every chapter. The perpetrator in both manga have a kind of unique power that make them so OP, creating terror after terror.

Both are very gory, with slightly above average art and detail. Both have plain main characters who will do everything to defend their love. Both seem to be focused in the fights and gore/art instead of the plot (that changes for Konya wa tsuki later on).

Both of these have a good amount of blood + gore. The storyline is pretty decent. If you're into that sort of things then you should check them out.
