You can tell while reading this that the author is rather new. The art doesn't always properly communicate the characters' perspective, which can make the MC seem stupid for not doing something that seems possible but isn't. The story moves fast, and while some characters are interesting, they generally stay in the manga's periphery.

It is another title with a godawful, abysmally bad, brain-dead plot. It is one of the works where you wonder why this thing even exists in the first place. I thought Rengoku no Karma was horrible, this is on the same level.
Long story short it is about a classroom where all members believe into two "rules" that must be followed at all times. The problem is... they all behave in unbelievably brainless fashion.
