These mangas feature a relationship between an uncle and nephew who meet again after not seeing each other for many years. Ore ni Koi Shite Dousunda is rather grim, while Mayonaka no Oyatsu is very cute and fluffy. 

Both manga deal with the forbidden relationship between an uncle and his nephew.  

Both ukes are molested by men that are not the semes. Both semes react furiously when they witness it firsthand. However, in OnKSD, they have an incestual relationship (between uncle and nephew). 

Both ukes fall in love with their straight semes, and eventually cause the semes to become gay. 

Both are about relationships between Uncle x Nephew. The art is also similar but the drama is different. Both Uncles however are cold towards the nephew at first because he got dumped on them without a choice. Also 'Ore ni Koi Shite Dousunda' has more humour. If you like one you'll like the other :3 

Basically i recommend the two because they are both incest yaoi's with good art. 'Not Equal' has more drama and is a little more taboo being father & son where 'OnKSD' is more fan service and a pairing between a uncle & nephew. 

Junjou Romantica and Ore ni Koi Shite Dousunda? both have to do with male on male action. Junjou Romantica is shounen-ai (soft) and Ore ni Koi Shite Dousunda is more yaoi (hard). Both mangas have someone denying that they are attracted to the same sex.
