Typically I love Mikamoto Rei manga but this was just horrible. The only saving grace was the grotesque character designs but none of them ever get interesting. Story gets extremely convoluted just 3 chapters in. Very hard to understand what's going on, sometimes from one page to another. Could have used a bit more slapstick and light hearted scenarios. The fact that it ends so abruptly is indicative of the low quality. Feel free to check it out for the first couple chapters but don't bother to continue if you're not convinced by then.

A brutal action-horror manga about a girl who places her soul in a robot doll to do battle with cultists and murderers who do the same. Kind of like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure if it was written and drawn by Go Nagai.
Although the story is unrefined and the characters aren't exactly interesting the gory violence and impressive character designs for the iron ghosts will be a draw for any fans of bloody old-school manga. Iron Ghost no Shoujo's strongest point is definitely the stunning artwork it deploys to convey its story. If you're a fan of gory scenes and no holds bar violence this is a quick read manga for you.
That being said the story definitely could've used more room by way of more chapters in order explore the world and concepts it expresses. The characters, whose designs are phenomenal and unique to each of their own personalities; still leave you lacking in their motivations.
