Isekai character deals with administrating their kingdom, facing many oppositions and solving them one way or another. The biggest different early on is one stays a human the other reborn into an elf... I'm not gonna say which exactly since that might break an unwritten rule, but I like one far more than the other. This is more of a one-sided recommendation honestly.

These are both Manga Both are similar in that in both a male are summoned to an otherworldly country. Both take on political work. However, in Risou he is not a king but a prince consort in a currently monogamous marriage with the queen of that country. In Genjitsu the main protaganist becomes the king and there seems to be plans early on to have multiple wives. Both are good (in my opinion of what I have read), with more focus on the marriage part in Risou.

Building a medieval nation can be a hard thing to accomplish, even with modern-day knowledge. Regardless of this the kings in both series take this challenge head-on and start reforming their countries by carefully maneuvering between the political and economical landscape with the end goal of reforming everything into modern-day society.

Both stories revolve around isekai'd individuals who find themselves in a leading position to rule a country that is in decline and does the best they can to improve living conditions utilizing modern knowledge.

Both set in fantasy-like worlds. "Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki" has a male highschooler summoned to a new world and meant to be a hero handed over to the empire, he uses his knowledge and mindset as a realist to start fixing the decaying kingdom. "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" has a MC that gets stuck in a game as his OP female character.

The two stories focus on leading a kingdom during a crisis. There is a lot of focus on politics and less on action.

The stories revolve around isekai'd individuals (one transmigrating while the other possessing someone else's body) who are both very mature and have great battle/political sense. They end up being great individuals leading their country to victory.

Both are set in a fantasy world with capable main characters. Biggest difference is “Botsuraku Yotei nano de, Kaji Shokunin wo Mezasu“ is about reincarnation while “Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki” has a summoned main character.
