In these two series, you follow the story of a female protagonist going down a path in which they can never go back. Both depict dark and serious themes such as prostitution. Kimi ni Aisarete Itakatta shows a more soft core version of it's mature scenes than Henshin does. However, these two still share the common trait of being violent. The art style presented is similar.

both manga are designed for all the masochist people out there to enjoy.

Not so similiar with Otome Kaijuu, however it shows how dangerous and unforgiving a gloomy main girl can be. In the worst of cases, Kimi ni Aisarete shows the depravity of an outcast. The chemistry between the two main characters however, remains the same, popular good looking guy and an unpopular gloomy girl. However, i'd not say any of the characters in Kimi ni Aisarete is beautiful or good looking at all.

Both include toxic relationships and morally questionable actions by mc.

Asshou is more of a mystery thriller, while Kimi ni Aisarete Itakatta is more of a psychothriller. But both look at relationsships in a more mature / adult way and have some dark content and really showcase how your environment (friendgroups / parents) affect the characters mind.
