Both MCs are reincarnated into another world where "mmo game mechanics" seems to exist. In Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken, the MC is a genderless slime, and can transform into a body of a girl, while in Tensei Kyuuketsuki-san, the MC is transformed into a vampire. Both of them are males in their previous lives. Both MCs are reborn with OP stats. 

A Guy dies and is reincarnated as an over powered loli in a game like world, where he (now she) plans to travel by leisurely. That's it, that what they have in common so far. Then... both are adaptations of their respective light novels and both have the same comical approach to the concept of a middle age man reincarnated as a loli. Actually, both stories face our goddess-mode MC with some random mob burglars as their first… tutorial battle. Then, the main difference between these two is the motivation of our MCs. In Kyuuketsuki-san, we get a silver haired loli focus exclusively in finding some one that would give her three meals and a place to sleep; while in Net-Chara our black haired mistress is willing to take a peaceful tour around her new world, accompanied with her new loli elf servant.
