Love in Focus and The Girl Without a Face are two relatively straightforward romance manga that are extremely short, making them easily binge-readable. In fact, the couple is pretty much decided upon already in The Girl Without a Face, but both manga are relatively chill and feel a bit slow-paced, and even the light amount of drama in Love in Focus doesn't feel like it overtakes said vibes. Decent for those who want some short romance to try without wracking their brain too much.

Love in Focus and Shortcake Cake are two shoujo romance manga where the main character moves into a boarding house not far away from her (new) school. This boarding house as well as the nearby area is a new experience for her, as she meets new friends that also include potential love interests. Both manga also have some pretty nice casual but sleek looking art.

Love in Focus and Dreamin' Sun are two shoujo romance manga about a high school girl who moves into a boarding house that includes men who may be potential love interests; one of them is associated with a certain animal which feels like a bit of a coincidence when noticing the similarities between the two. Themes relating to love like unsure and unrequited feelings are present in both series, and the overall art looks relatively clean too.

Love in Focus and Kitchen Princess are two shoujo manga following a main character who moves away to a school campus dorm/boarding home and has a strong passion for her hobby that she got from her loved one(s). She eventually finds herself between a love triangle with two boys, one with blonde-ish hair who is more gentle and one with black/brown hair who is somewhat not as easily gentle. Are some parts of the story predictable? Maybe... you can say that, but enjoy the ride with some nice art.
