Both manga are gentle romcoms about a lovey-dovey couple that likes to drink together at the end of the work day. Tonari wa is a sequel to an earlier love story about cooking and often includes otsumami (drinking snack) recipes along with the drinks.

Both manga focus on married couple life while focusing on a central theme throughout (Alcohol and Sex)

although bonnouji isn't food related and the couple is not together at the start, both manga involve relaxing and laidback stories of a couple who thoroughly enjoy their time together

both are fluffy stories revolving around happy couples. one focuses more obviously on taking a bath while the other focuses on alcoholic drinks

Both series revolve around alcohol. Bartender has a more mature vibe to it while Osake is more on the cute side.

Both manga have working women relieving stress with delicious food and drink. Wakako-zake's MC is single and eats out alone, but Osake's MC is married and enjoyed the lovey dovey newlywed life by eating and drinking at home with her husband.

Both manga are about working women who like drinking at home and drinking snacks. Takunomi focuses more on alcohol you can buy and Osake wa Fuufu focuses more on cocktails you can make simply. Sometimes Osake wa Fuufu will recoomend a food pairing but the focus on drinks pairing is not as high as in Takunomi.

Both manga are about cocktails and solving problems, but Osake wa Fuufu is about home drinking and the problems are very light and easily resolved. Madoromi Barmaid is more about suggesting things to customers via the cocktail's story.

Bar Lemon Heart is the OG manga about drinking and the customers and audience were middle aged men. Osake wa Fuufu is of this generation and appeals to the working women of today, not just OL but bosses whose hearts flutter when a loving husband makes his wife a cocktail and explains it.
