This is very similar, for those of you who are looking for nudity, sex, isekai, fantasy Harem, maybe this can be an alternative. I don't know what to say but if you guys want to find a similar theme I really recommend this

Manga: Seichou Cheat de Nandemo Dekiruyou ni Natta ga, Mushoku dake wa Yamerarenai you desu
Both are male protagonists who are brought to another world. They buy slaves to form their party and learn more about the world from them. Both stories focus a lot of slice-of-life/adventure as their parties dive in dungeons as a way to make money, and both protagonists grow overpowered as they come against stronger and stronger enemies.

Manga: Fukushuu wo Koinegau Saikyou Yuusha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musou suru
The isekai genre would be incomplete if there were no sex scenes, that's what crossed my mind but it's true. I highly recommend this for those of you who are looking for an isekai theme. Having this similarity of isekai and revenge is very interesting to read. You guys are looking for isekai with some nudity scenes? This could be the answer.

Manga: Zettai ni Yatte wa Ikenai Isekai Shoukan
This is ridiculous, really. I really recommend this. It's very similar, really. You want to find scenes of nudity, sexy and aggressive girls, Heroines who are always close to the MC.Maybe this can be an alternative.

Manga: Shangri-La Frontier: Kusoge Hunter, Kamige ni Idoman to su
Okay, hear me out, I know it sounds like I am trying to compare two peak series that are unrelated together. Only people who are okay with harem and sexual scenes should take this recommendation seriously. Both series explore game mechanics in a great way, although "Shangri-La Frontier" has a VR setting, whereas "Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo" has an isekai setting. But both have game elements intrinsically intertwined, and both protagonists search for knowledge and information to get stronger. The art in both series are both amazing, and the world building is top-notch in my eyes.

This is not such a high recommendation but it still has something in common with the Heroine who is always close to the MC. At least, this still falls into the isekai category. I recommend this for those of you who want to seek a servant-master relationship

I know the reason you read Isekai de Harem is a elf girl, Then I recommend the elf goblin hentai. Even though it's titled hentai but it's not completely hentai so it's still worth recommending.

Manga: Hai to Gensou no Grimgar
Spoiler alert It's incomplete if Isekai doesn't have romance, Isekai Meikyuu is a story about an MC who has yeah, you know. I recommend that Hai to Gensou no Grimgar will have a sex scene there, I hope you will be patient as it will be great if you read further.

Manga: Risou no Himo Seikatsu
The two stories have very strong female leads, both female characters get into a very intimate relationhip with the main male lead of the story. There relationship gets strong and stronger as they fight through their respective situations. Both manga's have amazing show of artwork on how attractive the female characters are.

Manga: Tou no Kanri wo Shitemiyou
Ecchi/harem + dungeon capturing, same stuff. Similar level of ecchi on both with good art. Tou no Kanri wo Shitemiyou has the MC actually control a tower though, while Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo is more of a guy making a living as an adventurer (kinda like Danmachi).

Manga: Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
Slime-san is an isekai series that covers all genres. I recommend it but it's not that great (I mean low) It's still isekai themed and has a huge following so this can be a recommendation. For those of you who are looking for sex scenes and nudity you better skip this.

Manga: Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.
It has a similarity in the title, I'm just kidding. Although this is a weak recommendation but I put it on the list because I think Isekai Meikyuu is a manga that has few recommendations. Isekai themed and surrounded by beautiful girls is their theme. I recommend this for those of you who want to find a relaxed themed isekai.
