Manga: Akachan to Boku
The stories are practically identical, and the first few chapters have similar events. The main difference between the two is that "Baby & Me" has two brothers, and "Oneechan to Issho" has two sisters. (Not plot-related, but the younger siblings of both series have similar names- Minoru (Baby & Me) and Minori (Oneechan to Issho)

In my review I explained the similarities. Deals with teenagers put into surrogate parenting roles, for one reason or another, of a preschool relative. In Aishiteruze Baby, it's a teenage boy who's taking care of his baby cousin after her mother abandons her. And you see a developing romance with his schoolmate. This story is a teenage girl who's already in a long term relationship with her boyfriend taking care of her baby sister after their mother passes away. Of course in both stories these teenagers do have other relatives. But both focuses on their intimate relationsihp with their  read more
