these two manga very smiliar on the main character that hate of realty life in real no heroine, the main char very obses to the Eroge and for some random reason he save a girl from rape incident. after that the girl fell in love and try her best to act juat like the real heroine in galge but in galge no sekai, the main char got involve with galge in his everyday live. not really simillar but near simillar tough  

Both have a sort of pathetic Mc Both get a hot girl Both sort of slightly building a harem However hajimete girl the guy dates the girl  

Similar story with the girl wanted to become the heroine the MC likes. 

1) Both mangas are rom-com 2) Both main character attract to popular and beautiful girls 3) In both mangas the "normal" life of the main character are affected when they meet to a extrange girl  

Both mangas are rom-com about a group of high school students, like a lot that are in Japan nowawdays, but these two cover topics that are common for teenagers either good (such as love, friendship, the typical japanese cliché) or bad (like bullying, social status, etc). 

Both main character are very shy at the begin of the story but as it advance they are growing... Althought both mangas have some references only for adults (like s** and other things )
