While reading Rockin' Heaven, it reminded me of a High-School version of Kodocha without the whole idol thing. There is a popular boy, that is idolized by all the guys in the classroom and likes to terrorize the teacher. Enter the girl who just wants a normal High School life. Definitely a page turner. If you like one, you will definitely love the other!

It's by the same mangaka with the same art style. The characters are very similar in appearance.

Both manga talking about a girl who is going to a school that was once an all boys school but it turned to be a mix school, and there are a few girls in this school that have troubles dealing with the males.

So similar it's not even funny. A girl is surprised to be in a class full of boys. It starts off with everyone being cold towards her, but the leader of the boys protects her from something and she realizes that although he's a jerk he can be nice. The class slowly warms up to her. They aren't very energetic about school though, and she changes their views. Other classes view the class that the girl is in as 'worthless' and when the girl hears about it she gets mad on its behalf, and when an argument starts, she's rescued by her class.

The main male characters are actually incredibly similar in that they often mask what they are feeling and feel like they are being selfish. This only applies for the manga version of ouran though since the anime doesn't reveal all the detail's about Tamaki.

Although the storylines are different, the setting is still a school with 95% boys and exactly 2 girls in the class the main character is in.

The characters look the same, and in the both mangas there is a new highschool girl that falls for the "bad boy".

Both female heroines have the same strong, cheerful disposition that just makes you like them, and have a way of genuinely accepting others that makes them quite popular among their peers.

this manga reminds me of happy hustle high because they both have the same feeling to it.

The main character in both manga is cheerful and strong while the male character creates a bad impression on the girl but changes throughout the manga. They also have a group of friends that are all very close and they are both set in school but Rockin Heaven is based in high school.

There is a love triangle between two guys and one girl. The girl is confessed to by one, but actually loves another.

Both manga have the typical love triangle between two guys and one girl, but with different twists. The heroine has a difficult time choosing between the guys, although it may sometimes be obvious who she really likes

A good mix of love and tragedy, happiness and depression are the best points of both series! Even if both protagonists (both cute by the way) have problems with their life and family, they are never in a bad mood, and keep following their dreams always with a smile! And this is exactly what make they find their love story! Both stories show how a positive vision of life can change the world and people around you. A true lesson for all. And, if you cares about the art, they are really close, with big beautiful eyes and shiny hairs! (sorry my bad english >.<)

- enjoy story - heroine getting bullies at first - cheerful person that never give up - triangle love - main problem revolves in school

I am surprised no one made a recomendation of these two yet. Both main characters in Kitchen Princess and Rockin' Heaven have very loveable characters that are too meddlesome for their own good. Story-wise I can't really say they are similar, but I can see some similarities such as how anyone would fall for the main girl or how they make friends so easily and how they love to help each other out. They saved relationships between the guys and their family and someone in both manga dies! There were lots of possible love triangles going and and both girls do their best in getting  read more

Both are really funny romances that involve a girl studing in a school that was an all-boys before. The plots are different but both stories are pretty good and worth reading. If you're a shoujo fan and read one you'll probably like the other.

Both: school setting guy vs girl (girl hates guy) guys has a story for his badness just minus the super rich part :P

They both have a revolution purposed to a school, and it is from the main character that the school and the students starts to change

Both of these series pretty much have the exact main plotline. They both involve a girl transferring into a new school in an (almost for Rockin' Heaven) all boys class, befriending a group of boys who may or may not have a developing romantic interest in her. Either way, the two main girl slowly falls for the leading male characters, who both seemingly have a dark past behind them to explain their mysterious and two faced nature.

1) Both are about first love 2) The guy suffers because of the death of the relative and has difficult relationship with his family

Both of these manga series have similar settings. Both has the main plot line of a girl meeting a guy she initially doesn't get along well with, but ongoing development in their everyday school lives brings them both closer together. Many of the standard romance shoujo elements are present, but any shoujo fan would see this as a strength then a weakness. Both series also comes with excellent artwork.

The two series are very similar being that both heroines are strong willed and stubborn. They fight against the odds. The two girls also look very similar. ^_^; The main male lead in both series are are also mysterious and are pushing themselves away from the heroine. Plus they're both at the top of the power pyramid. :P

The basic situation is the same; a girl transfers to what used to be an all boys school and gets stuck in a class full of delinquents, where she eventually earns the respect of all the guys in her class.

In the being the male character is very hard to deal with and may seem like a jerk but the ladies soon find out that there's more to them then meets the eye.
