Manga: Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san
Similar setting and story : gal girl teases the male protagonist while the action is taking place in an highschool. Both protagonists are also from a club : while in Nagatoro-san it's an art club, in Gal Gohan it's a cooking club. There's a little difference between the two as in Gal Gohan the girl is also part of the club while it's not the case in Nagatoro-san. The reader also have lots of occasions to see the gal's cute sides.

Manga: Omaera Zenin Mendokusai!
In the Omaera Zenin Mendokusai!? it is an unholy harem when a teacher constantly turns down dick thirsty high school students. Whereas in Gal Gohan one teacher consonantly turns down only one girl. A true gentleman only denying the love of ONE girl, whom he will eventually accept. Also gyarus are pure and anyone that disagrees is sour grapes.

both feature Gyaru/Gal characters so if you are into this type of stuff you might like this (differences is that anjou-san is way more teasing rather than lovey-dovey)

Manga: Henjo: Hen na Joshikousei Amaguri Senko
I recommend this because if you want to find some manga romance and aggressive girls to MC / male leads this could be an alternative. It's not so heavy but it has something in Similarity. - Bad Girl, xD. - Sexy girl -I do not know for some reason reading this makes me want to laugh.

Manga: Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi
Both are Ecchi Rom-Coms based on the Gyaru x Average guy trope. Expect a lot of panty shots and cleavage in both of them. With that being said, Gal Gohan has a semi-coherent plot and likeable characters while Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi so far (chapter 2) has neither of those things.

At the beginning, she's not good at cooking, but she learn with the help of the other. After that, they become the only members of the club for a very long time. Manga: Hajimete no Gal
High school gyarus who act all flirty on the outside but are actually kind and sweet towards the main guy who tries to be serious. In Hajimete, the guy wants to sleep with the girl but she is totally on to his motives and calls him up on that, although she continues to tease him and make him flustered. In Gal Gohan, the girl likes that her teacher is helping her and wants to spend more time with him in learning how to cook. Are you any of you guys hungry? You looking for something to eat? Unfortunately, I don't have any food for you, BUT I do have some manga that can make you even hungrier! Sorry not sorry. Anyway, what I found to be common in both these mangas is that they focus on someone wants to cook for someone else.
