Manga: Kimi no Wasurekata wo Oshiete
Music, dreams, and drama. Besides the similar themes, both have similar clean art styles and simple story-telling that makes them a lighter read for drama, even though the underlying theme that pushed the story itself is quite grim with sadness or hopelessness.
