Both are horror manga with a beautiful art-style and good story. 

They're both psychological thrillers that ponder abstract philosophical questions about morality and what it means to be right or wrong. 

Until Your Bones Rot is a great psychological thriller with many similar themes to Erased. Namely, both titles feature murder, kidnapping, conspiracy, and mystery, with the young protagonists having to deduce who and what is behind the gruesome happenings in their town. Until Your Bones Rot is a maturation of Erased's elementary school setting: featuring high schoolers, more graphic/disturbing imagery and sexual themes. Time is an important aspect in Erased — with the protagonist traveling back and forth in time to get information — whereas in Until Your Bones Rot, time plays its role more in the form of flashbacks/memories, and is itself important in determining the sequence of events to catch the evil mastermind. If you're ready for another suspenseful "whodunit" but more graphic, give Until Your Bones Rot a shot. read more
