Hmm...another shounen to hit the anime scene. Being the shounen-junkie I am though, I'll probably be checking it out too.

I thought this series might be kind of cool back when I checked out the manga, but sadly it was not. As such I'm not excited about this in the least unless the people producing the anime work to make it better.

Hell yeah!
- Я! "Рука меча"!
- Нет! Ты сердце! Сердце! Понимаешь?!
- Я...
- Бейся! Бейся, и всё! Пока ты бьёшься!...

just read half of the first chapter to see what the hell this even was, alls I have to say is meh so far. It's another mech anime and it even has magic apparently, might at least give the first ep a look when it releases.

I didn't really liked the manga, but I hope they'll make a better anime. The story not that bad, but maybe not my type in manga but wish it would be in animated.

Hell yeah...mecha anime to the rescue!
I sick of lots of moe/ecchi anime nowdays...this is a great news for mecha fans ^_^
Also,if Production I.G was involved, count me in coz i like their work..
Plus, it's a 6 movies format (like Kara no Kyokai) so it will have superb animation quality!
Looking forward to this movie:)

First I tought this would absolutely suck, until I read it again and watched the ^ clip above.

Seriously, like Break Blade but if the chars were designed by Fafner's/Gseed's CD, Hirai Hisashi, I don't know if could bear to watch it.

I actually quite like the manga. I'm not really a mecha person, but I'm such a sap for romance in any shonen and seinen. I'm looking forward to that.

I just hope scantalations for the manga come faster.

seiyu cast

Lygatto Arrow: Souichiro Hoshi (KIRA YAMATO)
Shigwen: Chiwa Saito (louise)
Zess: Hiroshi Kamiya (tieria)
Hozul: Yuuichi Nakamura (graham bushido)

those 4 seiyu mention have mecha experience (aka gundam series) & yet have soch "kira yamato" hoshi as main guy really i guess that despite 3 of 00 seiyu in it the main guy have the voice of kira yamato aka main GS.

Aside from that..

Doesn't the mecha look a lot like the new Unicorn Gundam?

The only similarity I notice with Unicorrn Gundam & Main Character Mecha are both of them have horns (albeit the horn look like broken).

The manga is pretty badass, the mechs remmind me of muv-luv and the seiyuu cast has two of my favorite seiyuus.

I don't see anything bad on this, so yeah, looking forward to it a lot.

While I happy this manga is being animated I'm going to be a little skeptical for right now. Its great thats its going to be a movie (hopefully) at this point since it will make it a lot better than a tv series.

If it does become a tv series I can already see it going down the drain :(

ROFL, I was waiting for this to come.
I think it's a bit soon to decide on an anime adaptation though.

It ain't a bad mecha, I dropped it @ 9 chapters though.
