The episode was okay, the game felt typical though. I kinda like this Mei Narumiya guy. There were some good plays but I was expecting a bit more. That's some intense look on his face at the end there. Whoa. |

| Alright episode! Not as good as the others. The supporting characters aren't as interesting, I guess. Mei's cute even if I don't usually like Yuki Kaji characters (other than Yukine) |

| Mei! He's hilarious and super confident as always. I love how he really wanted to pitch his special pitch, so cute. He was all happy when he was running back and then was frozen due to the coach being super angry XD His serious look is pretty awesome too, especially when Tanba and him had that eye contact in the end of the episode. Challenge! Tanba's cool having his forkball being successful, but I feel like Mei is still the better pitcher when it comes to being diverse. Eijun and Furuya have even more of an incentive to improve after watching Mei, as well as the rest of the Seidou team being fired up. |

| I knew that at least one poster would complain about Kaji Yuki's voice >_> I was kind of gotten tired of Eijun's constant shouting lately. This episode was rather calm, which is a good thing. Mei is a typical playful character who gets serious when he finds some rivals. I can't wait to see more of Tanba's awesomeness. |

xin09 said: ForkBall seems better than that slowmotion ball That Slowmotion ball is Weak and not Impressive why where they shock? it's very difficult to get down the timing of your swing when the pitcher can alternate between very high speed pitches and offspeed pitches, especially when there's a wide gap like that. against Mei batters will have to try to pick apart his straight pitches from the ones that are going to have movement, and now to make it worse his straight pitches won't all be fastballs either. it's the variety that makes him terrifying, since he can do nearly anything he wants to with his pitches. without knowing what is coming you only have a fraction of a second to identify the type of pitch, the timing, where to swing, and to actually react and swing your bat. the more unpredictable the pitcher, the harder this becomes. |

| The stupid guy in the crowd with the green sweater is at every game and is so annoying Similar to Hajime no Ippo, my only complaint is the over-annoying crowds who shout out their opinion every 2 seconds Comparatively, Kuroko’s Basketball had like none of that. Or only reactions from relevant characters. Or large positive reactions from the crowd as a whole |
