After bringing back ancient deities, now comes the " abolition" of the very western (and commercial) X-mas! Is the Kyôshinkai taking Japan back to its roots?
Very promising if the next eps isn't entirely focused on the giants battle.

Another episode who got under my nerves thanks to Fujiwara's multiple behaviours. (looks like he's trying to reach the top by the way)

@St0rmblade Later, I thought about parallels with actual History too, since that's how he proceded wit "ConRevo". Thanks for confirming there probably isn"t , in this show.

I keep wondering what's the meaning behind those dogū masks from Jomon period that Kyoushinkai uses sometimes. Maybe just to signify that they idolize the past.

Yuuhi's bum outfit slaps

Took me a long time to notice that another Eva actor is here...Oomori-san is played by Megumi Ogata. I could totally see the possibility of Minami having the voice of Kotono Mitsuishi, but alas...

Kyoushinkai has had a very obvious Japanese nationalist message from the start, IMO. I was thinking of drawing parallels to various "incidents" during the Showa era, but nothing has come to mind so far in terms of being an inspiration, they integrated into the government all too smoothly. The "boy army" episode made me think of Yukio Mishima for a moment.
