THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.

As annoying as summary-so-far episodes can be I was appreciative of this one. It answered a bunch of questions I had about what was going on that the director seemingly couldn't fit into the regular episodes.
Such junk...

I actually really liked this episode... & it was pretty mind blowing if you saw the OVA before this... I mean wow.. So it basically states that in the OVA we were watching a battle between 2 VILLAIN organizations O_o well thats rather ... heavy

Pretty nice recap episode, I like how they included the story of the 3 ova's and some more information about the books and what not! I do wonder was that voice on the answering machine from Readman? Well I'm sure we're going to see her sooner or later!

Nice new ED as well!

So, we now know what the British Library and Dokusensha are really about, and their plans from the beginning.

Is it possible that Yomiko was the one who set fire to the British Library? Burning books doesn't sound like something she'd do, unless she had a really good reason for it.

I feel like the entire first 5 minutes of this episode clarified so much of the OVA. Would that really have been so hard to include in the OVAs? ಠ_ಠ

This episode also connected this series to the OVA, thus answering my earlier question. The OVAs do in fact occur during this same timeline and happen before the events of the series. This was a decent way to do a recap while also tying in important information. Other anime could learn a thing or two from this episode.

Looks like we're turning on focus onto Yomiko now.

This is a nice way to do recaps.

They predicted Brexit

A new ending theme? I kind of really liked the other one a lot more.
