I cried during Nakamura's death, and seeing Chise desperately trying to stop her mind from spying on Shuuji was heartbreaking. The problem all cheaters in a relationship face: "I love Chise so much, so why..?" |

| I think the squad leader is the husband of Fuyumi. The weapon is taking over the consciousness of Chise. I just realized what I hate about Shuji. It's the voice actor. He makes Shuji sound like he's always angry or yelling. The character would be a lot better if they used someone else. I also hope that they explain more about the earthquakes and the enemy, and show Chise in action. It's almost the halfway point, and I want to see her do some damage. |

| Really need to praise Sugimoto Yuu for that difficult shriek by Akemi. That was some skilled voice acting. It is getting apparent now that Chise is starting to lose her humanity as the WMD starts to assimilate into her character pattern gradually. I have a feeling Atsushi will serve as a subject of confidence to Shuuji and clear his indecisiveness in the following episodes with Chise, although a conflict will appear in the next episode, as hinted in the 'adulterous' end. Hopefully they can be able to patch things up... 5/5 |

Yeah ridiculous, and then just letting her roam free, must have cost a lot since she's the only one (Ultimate Weapon). I actually found it quite funny Akemi was so surprised when she got slapped back, the screech was something ... Akemi is probably in love with Shuji aswell, being his friendhood child etc. I guess Chise now knows about Shuji seeing his teacher |

| Sad to see how Chise suffer, but Shu does not understand any of it, huddled in his doubts that assail his mind, believing that only he suffers, you idiot! The narrative is dramatic, but in a bit less than usual, I got away without shedding a tear. The thing that bothers me in this anime, the quality is really bad drawings, how sad! OST catchy, the plot is more and more interesting. |

| Omg that slapping scene was hilarious. She just walked up to him and slapped him for no reason then she got backhanded right back and squaled like a dying pig LOL. I was like wtf was that, not to mention it was funny to see a guy in anime actually slap a bitch back that smacked him for no good reason. Pretty weak shit there. I have a feeling that Shuji or Chise is going to die by the hands of one another or suicide. Either way, I think Shujii is a D-bag. He just acts douchey overall. |

| This episode was a treat. It jumped between being hilarious and dark between each scene. Akemi slapping Shuuji for whatever reason and then instantly getting slapped back was way too funny. The scene where Chise spies on Shuuji bailing on her to (presumably) make out with Fuyumi was similarly amusing, just because of the temerity Shuuji has to pull that sort of thing on her. On the other hand; the scene with the soldiers dying, and Chise's alternative personality taking over were effective for more genuine reasons. They were fittingly gloomy and reflective of the despairing state of the world in this series. |
