So, an episode that focuses on Jingoro! Certainly different, but interesting nonetheless.

There's an Sansho Dayu's reference at the beginning, so I guess Jingoro's wanting to find his sister (or mother)????

Poor Jingoro. This is a tragic tale of a cat who will never find his lost mother. When you think too much about it, it will make you sad.

If the cat is acting pretty sus, just neuter him. Why would you go through the trouble of cat matchmaking? So dumb.

But Jingoro acting up to find his mother... who was just a lookalike was a sad turn of events. Also Jingoro in Kazuya's body can actually talk? This "power" is pretty ridiculous. This whole episode was ridiculous.

Looks like a Kurumi-focused episode next. Glad that episode with the creep isn't going to be the only episode where she's in focus.

Kazuya is a much better protagonist than Kyousuke lol. Too bad he isn't born earlier. Kinda wasted potential that Kyousuke doesn't show much use of his many powers and doesn't let his friends know about them. Plus Kazuya got far more interesting one too.

Poor Jingoro.

Kazuya being Kazuya. He is outperforming Kazuga's friends in upskirting. This makes him annoying, but he is a great character when he does not do that.

Next episode with Kurumi is promising.

I agree, what was the point of this? They already established in the first body swap episode you don't change powers or get any other knowledge of the other person, like you don't BECOME them, you just change bodies but you stay yourself. If he wanted to know what the cat was thinking then switching into its body was meaningless, especially since the kid could just used his telepathy to read the cat's mind. Did the writer not watch the earlier episode...lol?

I heard the cat wasn't even in the manga, so I'm guessing this whole plot was completely made up and that's why it doesn't make much sense.

What a hilarious episode! I couldn't stop laughing—it was comedy gold from start to finish. But what really stood out was getting a glimpse of Jingoro in a totally new light. It's not every day that a character surprises you like that. It added a fresh layer to his personality, making him more relatable and interesting. Honestly, this one’s going to stick with me for a while.

I like this episode because the topic of belonging is the core theme of the episode. in a short moment at ABCB, Madoka intuits that Jingoro is lonely, which is a clear parallel to her own situation and loneliness and she deeply longs for familial ties and belonging. But I really like it because it demystifies Madoka just a bit and lets the viewer know why she is the way she is. We viewers get to experience how Kyosuke feels when a new insight to Ayukawa is revealed.
