| Question: If Lavi and Bookman were just wandering Bookmen, don't you think it's VERY unlikely that they'd BOTH be compatible with Innocence when they joined the black order? Or were their's implanted in them? No, because that doesn't work out too well. So is it a prerequisite for being a Bookman that you also be compatible with Innocence? Maybe it's just something that got hand waved, if it is, then I'm ok, but if there's an explanation I'm all ears. Other than that, I'm looking forward to what's happening next episode, though I suspect a good deal of it may be Lavi being grilled while having a talk with his inner child. Though the Road pictures were cool. Either way the body counts rising.... |
| i didnt get bored in the first half as well, and the second half was great as everybody agreed on and the flow was pretty good in this episode, to me, 20 minutes ended as though it were just 5 minutes XD *couldn get enough of it <.<* ... i got surprised at the scene when lavi stabbed Road in allens disguise--Lavi rulesss ^^--... ive just increased its score by one for the 86th and for this episode, and of course for the major factor which is the consistency they succeeded on keeping up so far ^^ |

| i find it unlikely that it was coincidence that they were compatible at all. by carrying innocence, they may indirectly have chosen a side despite they fact they arent supose to. or maybe perhaps normal rules dont apply to those who are bookman...special kind of human beings. |
| That was a really good episode. The flashbacks really instilled emotion into the viewer. Every part had meaning to the overall feeling and really was not boring in any way, shape or form. They did a wonderful job on this battle. Good stuff. Can't wait for more. |

| Probably one of the best episodes yet if not the best. LAVI!!! ^.^ I loved the whole episode. Not a single dull moment. I love how Lavi figured Road out. Brilliant! |

| Wonderful! Seeing Lavi's past and it bring not what I expected is the best episode in this whole arc so far. It's even better than what I read in the manga. The only downside to the episode was Lenalee's screaming and Allen being annoying in general. |

| O: That episode was aawwwesoooome. Yeah, even though it didn't work, I also thought Allen's attack on Road (where his sword passed through Lavi and stabbed Road, which didn't do anything) was pretty clever and a good idea... If only it had worked. Well, at least Lavi got her instead, mwahaha. He did a nice job figuring out who she was disguised as. XD I suppose it was obvious... I loved this episode in its entirety. I didn't find any part boring, and I thought the flashbacks and the battle scenes were great. <3 |
| This may be my favorite D.Gray-man episode. It was incredible; even though I don't especially like Lavi, I was waiting to see his background story. The flashbacks were full of emotion and showed the multiple-faceted Lavi; he didn't even know himself who he truly was, after so many years of putting on a façade. On the other hand, Road is crazy, but awesome none the less. I'm somewhat surprised Allen couldn't do anything to her, even with that clever move of throwing his sword at her through Lavi (*sigh* If only it had worked) while Lavi beat her. I don't want to insult Lenalee but since that battle with the Level 3 she has been acting foolish and screaming more... Maybe her hair had part of her common sense? *shot* |

| Pretty awesome episode concerning Lavi, the ending sure was epic but I do hope they don't kill Lavi off as well! But what's Allen going to do if his sword can't banish the Noah out of Road! |

| That move using Lavi as a blindspot was really creative of Allen, but too bad it didn't work. But it's all the better that Lavi himself was the one to resolve it. He's also smart for guessing where Road was hiding in his mind (or was it her mind, or wtv it was). I liked being show the internal conflict Lavi has with his identity as the next Bookman and his own desires. It was sad when he struggled against killing the illusions of his friends, even if it they weren't real, his heart couldn't take it. |

| The flashbacks were done well. Lavi's still in the midst of his responsibilities as the next Bookman and as a fellow exorcist alongside Allen and others, choosing one over other isn't happening anytime soon, nor we really do want to see. Lavi managed to pull Road off the scene but it seems like he too like Kanda and Krory suffered the same fate.. which is kinda getting out of hands now. |
