| One Piece has a thing for flashbacks. I understand, we cannot remember every single detail of the past episodes and Oda is trying to remind it to us. But it's getting annoying. I hope the flashbacks will be limited after the end of Marineford too. |

| Apparently I think flashbacks are used because the company are lack of fund, I guess they are reserving money for the episode ahead. ..but of course flashback's real purpose is the build up the momentum of the story ^^ |

| I think they are really trying to set up the right mood and atmosphere for the event. This way is better that a mini filler arc, with this "delay" I believe they can really focus on creating a great arc since they are gaining some distance from the manga. Unlike Impel down, where they relied on Buggy and other comic relief characters for fillerish scenes, in Marineford thet have A LOT of material to extend. I mean the thing is so effin huge that it can stretch some fights and some important moments without stalling or making the thing look slow and draggish. The thing really has a lot of potencial. Some arcs in One Piece were kinda disappointing, I admit, but where it real matters, I still havn't been disappointed, they really know how to do it right. I have faith the production team are really trying to make this momorable. So in conclusion, these kinda od recap episodes are necessary, better to have this bothering wait and then an epic "real-thing" |

| The episode was "recap stallish" but i kinda prefere those instead of fillers, as i like when they hype up battles. Cant wait to they start this arc :D |

| Oh man, talk bout Nostalgic. Seeing all the crew members again. When is the last time we saw Dracule Mihawk. Its cool to see all the Shichibukai together, getting ready for the war. That scene with zoro and mihawk was one of my favorites, god that was so freaken long ago. I almost forgot bout it. They certainly shown some pretty nice recaps in this episode. That is pretty awesome that were finally going to see more of mihawk in the upcoming arc. Its bout damn time. I mean he didn't get hardly any screen time at all in this series. I look forward to seeing what he can do in the upcoming war. Also all the rest of the 7 warlords will be participating. One character that we haven't seen much of at all, and who's powers remain a mystery is Donquixote Doflamingo. Then there is all the 3 admirals, 2 of which we have seen and know they are both extremely dangerous and the third "admiral Akainu" which is a mystery. I can see where this is going. This arc is going to be like Saobypody Archipeligo accept a much more grand scale. All of these characters participating at once is just going to mind boggling, plus we have the entire white beard crew that we haven't even seen yet. This episode really hepled to build the suspence and tension of what is coming next. So i really did like it. AND OMFG the next episode preview blew me away. Did i just see like 100,000 freaken marines. That is the most marines ive ever seen together at once. Man this is going to get crazy. I just have to take a screen cap of this. Look at this shit. Kind of gives you a taste of what this war is really going to be like. |

| This episode is slightly more interesting then the previous episode.. A recap of all the Shichibukai and Admirals.. Its great to see again the complete roster.. More importantly, the Admirals got me more captivated.. hopefully during the the impeding war coming up we see all the admirals fight seriously hehe.. I totally LOL during the Aokijj recap when Usopp dashed to rescue Robin :-D After all the flashbacks and recaps.. This new arc has really got me pumped up and full of anticipation! |
