What happened to her?

This has been bugging me ever since the first season came out.
What happened to that girl? And who even is she?

She was one of the hunters involved in the Double Dungeon at the very start of the series. We could clearly see her running away in panic and we haven't seen her ever since. She was not listed as one of the survivors. Are we supposed to assume she died off-screen?

Maybe she got hit with the Side character syndrome. This story does have a lot of characters who get introduced to mainly fill the screen. Maybe the source readers might know about her.

but she might be in some other background scene and no one has noticed her

Based on what i read in the manga, i assume the lady in question survived. (At least the double dungeon)

When Jinwoo woke up in the hospital, he asked what happened to Joohee and Mr. Song. Jinchul then explains that there are both alive, but Mr. Song lost an arm, and Joohee was heavily traumatized and was receiving therapy. Then the other Guy accompanying Jinchul literally said, "Also, Mr. Kim and the other Hunters are-" and then Jinwoo stops him from continuing his sentence. (Ch. 11)
That's why I assume she is still alive. Since the guy that was accompanying Jinchul addressed the guy with the hat and the lady with Mr. Kim together (and Mr. Kim and the hat guy survived, as we saw in the Dungeon & Prisoners Arc), I assume she also survived.

But later on in the Dungeon & Prisoners Arc, Mr. Song said, "Today must be a special day. All the members from that day are here." (but the Lady wasn't there). (Ch. 28)
That leaves us with 3 possibilities.
1. She retired and therefore wasn't there.
2. She was in a different dungeon, city, country at the time (or wherever) and therefore declined helping in the dungeon from the association.
3. She died after Jinchul visited Jinwoo in the hospital, but before the Dungeon & Prisoners Arc. (In a dungeon, car accident, suicid3. Who knows.)
