Again, I'm not saying that what Rudeus and Kazuma do is ok. It's not like I like these characters because they sexually harass people. However, you can't say that there isn't a difference between showing a character sexual harass somebody, and drawing a 12 yr old naked. I can tolerate the former, but the latter is just not excusable.
Fundamentally a different situation. Despite what Rudeus and Kazuma did in their respective stories, I think there is a bit of a difference between seeing that and being ok with seeing an animated 12 yr olds t & a uncensored. +, Mushoku Tensei and Konosuba are not explicit shows, meanwhile, Chained Soldier is.
Yeah, I did have a singular opinionated thought at the beginning there. My bad; it won't happen again. But, like, what about everything else? Just because I include phrases like "I think" and "I hate" doesn't mean it's not valid criticism. Also, you haven't actually given me any "valid" reason as to why you think the show is good. Liking the "conflicts between the characters" is nice and all, but tell me why you think it works because right now you've given me nothing :/
I personally really dislike the blood. I think it's ridiculously overdone to the point it loses weight behind it. Most death scenes leave the room they're in absolutely painted in red, and deaths occur so often that I just found myself staring at them in disappointment."
Sorry this response is pretty late.
I personally hated the conflicts between the characters, the first 12 episodes of Gou were repeats with minor changes to serve the different narrative which wasn't enough of a justification for their existence imo, they added absolutely nothing to the characters either.
I hate Satoko, I think she's so poorly fleshed out that it's comical and here motives are questionable at best. I think it's a perfect example of character assassination with scenes like: *Her watching 100 years of Rikka's suffering and not sympathizing in the slightest* just to name one.
As for her Uncle's redemtion I actually somewhat enjoyed this, purely as entertainment I liked seeing her get along with her uncle at a surface level. Of course I still think Satoko in this arc is comical at best and the ending to the arc just is just wrong in so many ways, with the mental battle she had with her witch-self metaphorically and literally removes any semblance of Satoko still being the Satoko I loved from the original and instead we get evil witch Satoko (Who for some reason has a change of heart by the end of the season).
Please let me know if you disagree with any of this.
What do you think of the sheer amount of blood in the show?
Ok bro, u seem to be a repeating offender of just saying "no" to people's arguements on the Higurashi Sotsu forums. So I would like to ask what exactly you like about it and we can have a back and forth from there because I'm genuenly curious what you see in it. (This is not meant to be malicious, I just want to get info as to what the other opinion even is because no one seems to give me good arguements)
