| A plan to summon more wizards? That's interesting to know. This early in this show and they are already making progress on making a difference in their world. It looks like there's also problem with Cain's eyes. Makes me wonder what other individual problems the other main cast members each have. Also, those twins are more entertaining than most of the cast imo. |

| The story isn't exactly this show's strongest point – not that anyone (hopefully) would go into it expecting S-tier writing. Still, I'll keep watching it |
| the episode was kind of intense and the moment when the sage and oz saved faust was a big relief really thought he was a goner for a second there nice faust's disdain for humans makes things complicated between them and the wizards interesting dynamic cain's situation with his eyes makes you wonder what challenges lie ahead for the others curious to see how they develop |

| So wizards are mutants, confirmed? Pretty nice set up episode, lot of lore on wizards and the world. It’s interesting that their personalities change depending where they’re from and that their spells come from words or concepts close to their hearts. Lmao at Akira saying her spells would be the names of cats, she’s the quintessential lonely cat lady. Shylock was really putting the moves on her heavy today. He’s definitely got a thing for teasing. But speaking of ladies, until the southern wizards at the end talked about Great Witch Tiletta, I was beginning to wonder if there’s any women in this world. We’ve only seen men thus far, obviously cause it’s a game aimed at girls so hot guys go brr. But apparently there are witches out there too. Would be cool to see some RIP to all the southern country wizards. Great calamity is no joke. Everyone working together, putting aside cultural and personality differences should give them a fighting chance tho. |

| Episode is basically world building. This anime hasn't reached yet a good sense of direction. We are still meeting the MC's allies. There's no enemy yet. If there are too many characters, I'm afraid 12 episodes won't be enough to characterise them. It needs 2 cours at least, which I doubt will happen at this point. Sure, we see that the Sage has power but she can't use it yet. I hope we get to see her training to use it because many people will have dropped this anime at this point. |

To those looking for a plot, you should better read the game story first before watching this. The game has a wonderful plot.

| I really liked the episode, it went by quickly, a bit of humor, and the end with the wizards of the South was full of emotion and sweetness, I particularly liked this passage visually. |
| When it seems like the the Great Sage is just getting started to rally the remainder of the wizard group by her summoning, first things in order...is to prep breakfast for all. And Akira getting help from the wizard who almost lost his master, Heathcliff, he seems like a tame wizard who has no grasp of the things outside of his comfort zone. All the wizards from the 5 countries they come from, they each have their various quirks and personalities, which the Sage's Tomb has information on most of them. But trying to summon a wizard for the first time, the summoning ritual using the Goblet of Divine Providence to lead new wizards to the mansion. And indeed, there are new wizards that have been chosen for the great cause, and they happen to be Southern wizards at that through brothers Rutile and Miltle, as well as Figaro and Lennox, knowing fair well that their predecessors did not make the fateful journey back home. Will the new batch of Southern wizards make it through the Great Calamity? |
