Pretty solid start for the anime. No surprise that Mona has been getting a lot of attention since childhood and can't fandom the fact that Kuroiwa completely ignores her. Just one guy when there are other guys who completely fawn over her. Been reading the manga since 2021 and never expected it to get an anime adaptation. The animation looks very colorful but too colorful and it sort of has some sort of calm and relaxing vibe to it. Let's see how well this anime does

A lot of people say this kind of show is mid, but I can’t see it like that. It may not have groundbreaking originality, but the art is wonderful and it leaves me with a big smile. This is true anime to me, the foundation that the ‘special’ shows stand on.

the story is pretty interesting and I'm liking it so far since it's both funny and cute.
the animation is indeed very colorful and beautiful Imo. And mona is also very pretty.

Im sorry but even though I liked the first episode because it was fun, it wasnt that much interesting, especially since theres so many anime like this one

I'm just left scratching my head as to why this isn't a full blown ecchi, but good art/animation? We can't be watching the same show.

I'd say the animation is very much the weakest part. a lot of wonky faces even in still images, and the character movements are awkward, low framerate and badly paced.

it is a low-budget show made by a small studio, so it's not like I expected much. but for me, in order for a show to be worth watching, it needs to elevate the source material. this is just a typical low effort, zero creativity, "color the pages and add some mouthflaps" show.

but then again, did the manga deserve anything better? it's a very run-of-the-mill harem story with a slight POV shift and a somewhat unbelievable reason as to why the girls can't just straight up confess to the guy. like, the story makes such a big deal out of the male MC's precepts, yet I don't remember him being a monk-trainee ever coming into play or even being shown outside of his "can't be chummy with girls" rule.

Good animation? Are you confused colouring, which is also standard since 2013, with animation? Since the animating thingy is as close to the floor as it'll ever be, and isn't even as energetic as B-gata H-kei, a show released 15 years ago.

i agree that It's not very interesting and neither the story is unique because there's so many animes out there like this, I just find the main two characters a little likable and funny, and the animation is cute imo, let's see the story goes.

I said what I said, but Im still watching this anime weekly because I still find the anime funny and I always liked this ecchi stuff

Yeah, I find the art good, but the animation really sub-par. The opening especially; I know they're doing a dance, but the movements are SO jagged/robotic.

I was surprised how much it leaned into being soft-ecchi based on its premise, but it's good comfort food. It's weird in that it doesn't fully lean into being over the top, almost acting like it takes itself seriously, but every single background character is one dimensional in fawning over her, that it's more cringy than funny.

Still, it's not....bad...it's just not amazing. But it's cute enough to see where it goes since it's still so fresh.

I straight up deleted this series after 1 ½ episode instead of dropping it. Got quite annoyed by this chick.
Could have honestly worked if it was a five minute episode with like one or two scenes. They are all the same so a twenty minute episode was too much for me.
