Either people who agree with the anti-immigration sentiment or defend the manga by saying it isn't or just find the people crying about it pathetic. On the contrary, you can bet many 1-star ratings are motivated by people who hate the supposed politics of this manga. Truth be told, the only negative review so far mentions those politics. |

| After reading the post, I was expecting atleast 50% 10 star but there are only 16.2% 10 star lol. Idk if it got change after your post or not but that is actually pretty low % of 10 star. Only thing not normal about the rating is that it got 6% 1 star, which is pretty high. This is probably one of the dumbest thread I have ever seen. |

| @Account-Deleted1 I don’t care enough about this series or its controversy to get mad about it or the reactions to it (I’ve seen this exact reaction cycle get played out dozens, if not hundreds, of times for any piece of media with politically-charged controversy surrounding it in the last 10 years, it’s not even unique enough to be worth the energy), and, quite frankly, the series’s actual politics are so hard to get a read on at the moment (specifically whether it’s actually racist or if it’s satirizing racism, or maybe it’s a fumbled classism metaphor) that I’m reserving judgement on its actual contents. I’m just saying it as I see it when it comes to the fandom. |
