Scheduled for summer 2025
And Studio KAI is producing the anime

That KV looks cool as hell

Now I'm wondering if they will adapt the entire manga, or if they're going with Urusei Yatsura remake route where they only adapt the story relevant parts and the most memorable chapters.

Yeah, the series is episodic af. Monster of the Week stuff. Will be interesting to see if it'll be a complete adaptation or just adapts bits and pieces of the manga. It's not much of a comedy either, despite having the tag, so it's hard to get excited for an episodic non-comedy anime. Oh, and of course, characters don't develop. They stay static. Miki doesn't learn her lesson and continues to gossip instead of changing to someone who doesn't gossip.
